Cikgu, as most of my friends, trainers and trainees alike call me, have been involved
in grooming and certifying developers since 1998. I first program wrote a program in
1983. Developed and deployed my first commercial application in 1988. I have been
a Microsoft Certified Trainer since 1999.
I have worked in many companies from small to large organization. Some are small
companies while others are listed companies (Formis and Lityan). I have also
work in a government link company (Petronas) and a multinational company (Dell).
I was an expatriate in Saudi Arabia. My diverse application portfolio came from
multiple industrial sector ranging from Banking and Finance, Stock Exchange, Oil
and Gas, Telecommunication and government agencies applications. These include database
centric capture and store application, point of sales, workflow, HR, CRM and web
portals. These gave me tremendous understanding of their diverse cultures and corporate
ethics.
I continuously seek to update my knowledge with the latest technology developments.
I hold on to the principle of willingly sharing my project practices and consultation
experiences with my collegues and trainees. I always believe that there is no limit
to learning.
Learning happens everywhere and it is never ending, even while teaching.
